Mandy's Cakes and Bakes will abide by Australian Consumer law and provide customers with a repair, refund or replacement if the product/service is faulty, damaged or where false and misleading claims have been made. In addition Mandy's Cakes and Bakes has its own Terms and Conditions as detailed below. 

A deposit must be paid for your date to be secured, a quote or enquiry does not secure your date or guarantee it will still be available. 

If you cancel an order 14 days or more before order is due then all monies will be refunded.

If you cancel an order with less than 14 days notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 or 50% of order total whichever is the lesser.

If you wish to move the date required back you must give a minimum of 7 days notice or more before order is due otherwise a fee of $30 will be added to your order. Order can not be moved if notice is any less than 5 days before order is due.

If you are not happy with the design of the cake/order then you must attention this whilst in store so the business owner has an opportunity to resolve the problem.

If a solution can not be obtained and the business owner agrees that the cake/order does not meet the criteria given from customer or the description on the website listing then a full refund of all monies will be provided and the order will remain at the store. If the cake/order is how described and a solution can not be agreed upon and you do not want to take the cake/order then you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 or 50% of order total whichever is the lesser.

If you have a complaint in regards to taste or something unrelated to cake/order design and have already left the store then the product must be return by next day of business or a day agreed upon by business owner and be 90% intact/uneaten and will be offered a replacement or refund.

No refunds will be given for change of mind.
